The plot has been planted with olive trees since 2013 and includes a total of 520 olive trees, consisting of:
250 Koroneiki and 270 Arbequina
The annual production is approximately 19,000 – 22,000 kilograms of olives.
There are 3 boreholes (wells), all fully legal and licensed by the state, equipped with electric turbines, providing 8–10 tons of water per hour.
The plot has an installed irrigation hose system, three-phase electricity, is part of a land consolidation (re-allotment) scheme, and borders an asphalt road.
There is also a storage 3 x 3m.
