The hotel is located in Lixouri of Kefalonia, on the edge of the town and right in front of the sea, since there is no road between the building and the sea, where the hotel guests can swim. The ground floor, the first floor and the second floor are the main areas of the hotel.

On the ground floor are developed the reception areas the breakfast room, bar, office and rooms. The hotel has 35 rooms and two lifts. The building consists of a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure with a general cavity foundation of sufficient thickness (radiere) with inverted
and monoblock walls throughout the height of the building for maximum seismic resistance. The walls are made of reinforced concrete masonry with a lime cement mortar coating. The floors are covered with marble and ceramic tiles. Also, the building has a lightning cage for lightning protection. . The construction work was completed in August 1985 and in 2014 a radical renovation was carried out.
