I’ve spent my entire business career working in property, starting in Estate Agency as a trainee in the early 1970’s, progressing to running a corporate chain of Estate Agents with 160 branches across southern UK for a decade, then starting my own business based in Surrey which included an international arm that I personally founded. I retired from that business in 2021 and handed the leadership reins to my son and daughter in order to spend my time between Surrey and Limassol. It’s become a natural progression to use that accumulated knowledge and the plethora of Cypriot and Greek property contacts to establish MyElysium which is focused on more than just selling properties… it’s about helping like minded international movers secure a ‘home from home’ in another country and to assist with the inevitable complexities of that journey to enable a smooth and even enjoyable process. I achieved just that for myself and will bend over backwards to achieve it for you!

Stephen Parsons
Stephen is a seasoned property professional with an interesting background that has taken him to some fascinating corners of the world. From his early days growing up in Newfoundland, Thailand, and Malawi, Stephen developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and lifestyles.
In the 1990s, Stephen found himself on a commercial crocodile farm in Tanzania, where he first explored entrepreneurial pursuits. This experience ignited a series of endeavours, such as establishing a successful rice and maize mill in Mozambique and expanding into exporting raw cashew nuts.
Upon returning to the UK, Stephen’s career in property flourished. With a career spanning some 30 years in senior roles within UK estate agencies, he has become adept at matching people to their ideal properties and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
For the past twelve years, Stephen has been at the helm of a thriving estate agency in Wimbledon Village, Southwest London. After taking a break from work earlier this year, Stephen couldn’t sit still for long and joined the MyElysium team.
His passion for exploration extends beyond business. Having spent many holidays in Greece, the Greek islands, and Cyprus, he has developed a deep affection for the region’s breath-taking landscapes, vibrant culture, and welcoming people. Now, at the end of a fulfilling day’s work, Stephen savours nothing more than a cold Keo (Cypriot) beer while watching the sunset.

Grahame Clist
Grahame has dedicated a lifetime to the property industry, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of residential and international estate agency. His career began with a multi-office Surrey-based agency, where he progressed to an associate partner. Grahame then advanced to the role of Area Director for a corporate estate agency network, overseeing locations across Surrey, Kent, West Sussex, and Hampshire.
In 2002, Grahame took on a new challenge heading up an international estate agency that covered locations worldwide. He represented luxury branded resort developments in several countries, showcasing his ability to manage high-end property sales on a global scale. Since 2002, Grahame has been actively selling properties in Greece, Cyprus, and the Greek Islands, where he has established strong and lasting relationships.
